What support can I expect from the school? (Years 10-12)
If you take the option of purchasing a recommended device through the school's online portal we can support you by:
- ensuring the device connects to the college network
- ensuring the device is able to print
- ensuring the device has all of the required software
- restoring software if they fail to function
- arranging for repairs under warranty
If you elect to purchase another device we can support you by:
- ensuring the device connects to the college network
- support for printing via PaperCut (Apple OS X and Windows only)
