What support can I expect from the school? (Years 10-12)

If you take the option of purchasing a recommended device through the school's online portal we can support you by:

  • ensuring the device connects to the college network
  • ensuring the device is able to print
  • ensuring the device has all of the required software
  • restoring software if they fail to function
  • arranging for repairs under warranty

If you elect to purchase another device we can support you by:

  • ensuring the device connects to the college network
  • support for printing via PaperCut (Apple OS X and Windows only)
