What support can I expect from the school? (Years 7-9)

At years 7 to 9 the college supports the use of iPads by providing technical support to

  • Log onto the college network
  • Printing support via PaperCut (Apple iOS devices only)
  • Solve connection issues
  • Run a range of applications used in classes

Unfortunately our technicians are not able to repair damaged iPads. For this reason insurance should be taken out on your iPad to cover theft and accidental damage.

*** Technicians will not work on any device that has a cracked or broken screen. It is expected that student devices will have repairs completed as soon as a screen breakage occurs ***
